Clark County has a long history of fostering and investing in Person-Centered Planning and in developing skilled facilitators who support people in accessing fuller lives…with autonomy, meaningful support, and a focus on strengths and possibilities. This ongoing cohort is being sponsored to build local capacity, create space for learning and practice, and bring together a community of practice to learn, reflect, and grow skills.

The cohort is open to people who have previously gone through the pcp Facilitator training in Clark County. You can join at any time throughout the year.
