This Educators of Color Leadership Series is an intentional affinity and learning space where educators of color connect, reflect, and lead. 

Grounded in belonging, empowerment, healing, and collective care, the series supports participants in exploring their identities, lived experiences, and cultural ways of being as sources of strength and leadership. Educators examine how systemic inequities shape their experiences in schools, deepen their understanding of diverse communities, and practice culturally responsive approaches that affirm students’ identities. 

Through shared learning, storytelling, and collective problem‑solving, participants build relationships, strengthen leadership capacity, and develop practices that foster inclusive, identity-affirming learning environments. 

Anyone working in a school system who identifies as a person of color is welcome to participate.
