This session will show how the system supports the district's end‑to‑end hiring process—from posting job openings to screening candidates and moving new hires forward to onboarding. Whether you’ve been using Qmlativ for some time or are still transitioning from SMS, this training will provide valuable insights and practical guidance. The training day will be divided into two sessions:

Part 1: Applicant Tracking Overview

Learn how Applicant Tracking works once fully configured. This session will walk users through the entire hiring journey—from the applicant’s experience in the Applicant Access portal to hiring and onboarding. 

Part 2: Applicant Tracking Setup

Get a step‑by‑step walkthrough of how to properly set up Applicant Tracking in Qmlativ to support your organization’s hiring needs.

There is a fee to attend NWRDC trainings if your School District does not belong to the NWRDC regional cooperative. Member Districts can attend at no charge. The fee is $200 for classes under 4 hours and $400 for all day classes. A Purchase Order is required prior to attendance for any non-NWRDC districts and can be emailed to regadmin@nwrdc.net.
