Expand Your Thinking, Ground Your Practice: 24 Sessions, 12 Clock Hours, Infinite Ideas
This is a two-day summer learning institute for regional educators to ignite, inspire, and enrich their professional practice. Each day will begin with a focus session on a timely topic: Washington State Revised Standards (Day 1) and Thriving in a Complex System (Day 2). Then, participants will have choices for sessions each day on a wide range of topics. Twenty-four sessions will be offered so participants can customize their experience based on their interests and needs.
Educators will be able to earn 12 total clock hours, including some sessions that qualify for STEM and Equity clock hours. STARS hours or CEUs will also be available. We welcome all educators: general education teachers, special education teachers, school counselors, para educators, and early childhood educators. Participants will leave with ideas to begin next school year with confidence!
Cost is $60. Breakfast, Coffee/tea, Lunch, and Snacks provided.
Please bring a laptop.
Networking and breakfast time starts at 8:00 AM. The agenda begins promptly at 8:30 AM.
