This Danielson Framework Training Series is for all 6 sessions.  Participants will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the Danielson Framework for Teaching by exploring:

- The framework foundations and learning about each of the four Domains. 

- The how of teacher evaluation, the growth-focused observation cycle, and professional conversations focused on teacher growth. 

- How to support teachers in planning for inclusion and equity.

- How to support teachers in creating equitable and inclusive classroom environments.

- How to support teachers in creating inclusive, equitable, and engaging learning experiences

- How to create trusting relationships that support learning conversations and how to use the focused evaluation cycle to promote growth and learning.
