Description

This two-session online training on Answering Students’ Questions focuses on use of the FLASH Values Question Protocol (VQP). Day 1 will cover the VQP model and Day 2 will be practice. Attendance in both sessions is required, along with a short homework assignment after Day 1. Clock hours will be provided only after participation on both days.
