This BIPOC roundtable creates space for authentic conversation, shared reflection, and refining practice in community. Our work is grounded in advancing equitable outcomes for mentees and the students they serve. Open to all BIPOC educators, this space is especially suited for those serving as mentors, coaches, specialists, and other school leaders.

Roundtables are ongoing opportunities for mentors who have taken Mentor Academy 101 to continue learning in community. BEST's Roundtable offerings are open invitations. Participants can attend one or all sessions of one or more Roundtables based on their needs and interests.

1. Clock hours will be calculated based on the actual amount of time participating in sessions.
2. Participants can mix and match sessions between the variety of Roundtables.
3. Clock hours will be processed in June after all sessions are concluded.
