These monthly BIPOC Roundtable sessions are grounded in the Washington State Standards for Mentoring and provide a collaborative space for educators to learn, reflect, and grow together. Through engaging discussions and shared experiences, participants will: Deepen their understanding of instructional mentoring and educational equity. 

Mentor Roundtable Scope and Sequence

Roundtables are ongoing opportunities for mentors who have taken Mentor Academy 101 to continue learning in community. BEST's Roundtable offerings are open invitations. Participants can attend one or all sessions of one or more Roundtables based on their needs and interests.

1. Clock hours will be calculated based on the actual amount of time participating in sessions.
2. Participants can mix and match sessions between the variety of Roundtables.
3. Clock hours will be processed in June after all sessions are concluded.
