General: This Mentor Roundtable is a collaborative, reflective learning community designed for both novice and experienced mentors and instructional coaches who support early-career and developing educators. This includes full-release mentors, colleague mentors, and coaches working across elementary, secondary, and district-level settings who share a commitment to educator growth and advancing equitable outcomes for all students.

Mentor Roundtable Scope and Sequence

Roundtables are ongoing opportunities for mentors who have taken Mentor Academy 101 to continue learning in community. BEST's Roundtable offerings are open invitations. Participants can attend one or all sessions of one or more Roundtables based on their needs and interests.

1. Clock hours will be calculated based on the actual amount of time participating in sessions.
2. Participants can mix and match sessions between the variety of Roundtables.
3. Clock hours will be processed in June after all sessions are concluded.
