Your mental health and wellbeing are critical in this time. Lara Angell, Clinical Operations Manager Mental and Wellness at Kaiser Permanente will share preventative strategies and easily accessible mental health resources to support your own mental wellbeing and those around you. Participants will have opportunity to ask questions and engage the experts in developing strategies that support the needs of your mental health.
