This session focuses on building College and Career Readiness (CCR) in elementary school through early exposure, identity development, and future mindset. Participants will explore the role of CCR within a Comprehensive School Counseling Program (CSCP) and identify/develop Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 supports that promote career awareness, targeted exploration, and individualized planning using a data-informed, equity-focused approach.
