About CE Credits Online

CE Credits Online offers flexible, self-paced professional learning designed specifically for K-12 educators, allowing you to learn anytime, anywhere through fully online courses. Their research-based courses provide practical strategies for today's classrooms and are supported by educator feedback and expert instructors. Courses are eligible for WA State clock hours through PSESD, as well as graduate-level semester credit from regionally accredited universities in partnership with CE Credits Online.

Course Description

In Providing Effective Feedback to Foster Student Learning, this course will explore the positive impact of providing frequent and effective feedback to students. Participants will characterize the critical nature of feedback in the learning process and identify key strategies for improving their current practices. The components of effective feedback, types of feedback, tools for providing feedback, and potential barriers to implementation will be examined. In addition, participants will explore strategies for sharing feedback about student learning with parents and other stakeholders, as well as the importance of collecting feedback about their teaching as a tool for self-reflection and continual improvement.

In each module, participants will approach the ideas and strategies being explored from an equity stance for students of all levels, identities, backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs. The concepts and practices associated with equitable education, inclusive language, culturally-responsive learning and teaching, trauma-informed teaching, accessibility, the Digital Divide, and inherent bias are interwoven throughout the course.

Throughout the course, participants will also be asked to reflect on their prior experience and apply the concepts and skills they learn to improve and adapt current practices.

This course satisfies the WA State Equity requirement for certificate renewal!

Registration, Enrollment & Clock Hours

Enrollment fee of $199.00 per course to get started. Once course is completed, it will be an additional $135.00 to claim 45 clock hours. Clock hours are $3.00 per clock hour with a $15.00 minimum per person per event. Even if you claim less than 3 clock hours, the minimum $15 fee still applies.

You can register anytime between 9/1/2026 through 8/25/2027, but your course MUST be completed by 8/31/2027.
