(The Early Learning Institute is a part of the STEM Summit.  If you are already registered, or plan to register for the full, Virtual Summit, you need not register for the Institute separately. CLICK HERE to register for full summit instead of Early Learning Institute ONLY)

The Early Learning Institute at the NCESD STEM Summit will highlight professional learning opportunities for early learning providers in the areas of science, technology, engineering and mathematics taught by experts and specialists in their fields.  Recognizing the mixed-delivery of early childhood education, this institute is designed with preschool-3rd grade teachers, paraeducators, school district staff members, child care providers, and family, friend, and neighbor (FFN) caregivers, etc.  8 STEM Clock/STARS hours being offered for purchase.

Event Notes

Early Learning sessions are offered beginning at 9:00 on Tuesday, August 11th. Sessions are scheduled in the morning (9-11), afternoon, (1-3), and evening (5:30-7:30). There is an early learning keynote speaker, Bassam Shakhashiri, on Thursday, August 13th at 8:00am and a lunchtime keynote on Thursday, August 13th at 12pm.
