In this interactive, cooperative workshop participants will learn about meeting the unique needs of high-school seniors on IEPs and best practices for determining and meeting those needs.  Participants will learn about state-level graduation requirements, including assessments and areas where IEP teams and school districts have flexibility.  We will explore transition requirements and expectations for students preparing to leave high school, as well as best practices for worksite learning.  Participants will leave with a check-list of post-secondary preparation activities students should complete before graduation.
