In this work, participants will learn what the most effective instructional, assessment, and grading practices are and the research behind them. We will create a plan to implement these practices so that, over time, the practices are strengthened.

For Onalaska Middle School Math Teachers ONLY!

We will be working with the middle school math teachers on:

• Highlighting instructional practices which support development of the SMPs for ALL students
• Creating a plan of action to implement more effective grading practices to improve the mindset in math class
• Coaching/Feedback on implementation of these instructional and assessment practices
