Participants will work their way through a step-by-step protocol to successfully write 3D NGSS aligned formative assessment items, brainstorm applicable phenomenon, and predict possible student responses. Participants will have the option to attend the workshop in person OR attend the workshop virtually using a platform known as ZOOM.
