Description
In this opportunity, participants will engage in a three-part series to support initial integration and setup of their district’s selected Learning Management System (LMS).
Part 1: Engages participants in the basics of accessing and navigating Microsoft Teams.
Part 2: Supports participants in selecting and managing materials and resources that they will use to engage students using Microsoft Teams.
Part 3: Addresses how participants can use Microsoft Teams for assessment and communication.
Intended Audience: Educators, Administrators, TOSA/Instructional Coach, Paraeducators, participants with a desire to understand LMS implementation.
Overall Objectives:
An initial understanding of how to begin effectively using Microsoft Teams
Ideas for how to organize classes, materials, activities, assignments, and quizzes/assessments.
Investigate resources and begin planning for their use of Microsoft Teams
Develop an understanding of LMS best practices during remote or traditional models for continuous learning
Opportunity to participate in a separate optional asynchronous course to develop their online content with guidance and a community
