Description
Year 1 and Year 2 teachers will work with their BEST mentor to identify two CEL5D indicators to focus on for the 2025-26 school year. Through two growth cycles, teachers - in partnership with their BEST mentor - will learn about the CEL5D Framework and Rubric for their chosen indicators, learn about strategies to support growth in those indicators, apply new strategies, and reflect on their growth.
Location
Work will be completed through meetings with mentees, usually in their classrooms.
