Session 1 (for All Educators and Instructional Leaders)
AI-powered Personalization in Lesson Material Preparation: Leveraging Colleague AI to Elevate Every Learner 

This initial session aims to establish participants' understanding of Colleague AI's educational framework and core teacher-facing functionalities. The session covers topics such as prompting skills, ethical uses of AI, lesson plan generation, creating interactive games and presentations, assessment, standards-based rubric generation, podcasts, slides, and other AI-assisted content creation. This session includes concrete use cases and hands-on components to allow educators to immediately apply these tools in their daily teaching practice

Session 2 (For Secondary Educators and all Instructional leaders)
Colleague AI Classroom Features: Designing Teacher-Student-AI Interactions to Activate Learning for All Students in the Classroom

The second session typically occurs when teachers master basic prompting skills and AI ethics. In this hands-on session, participants will learn to effectively integrate AI into their daily classroom practices. We will introduce use cases and classroom activity designs for designing AI-enhanced learning experiences, including flipped classroom activities, test preparation reviews, and knowledge activation exercises. Teachers will learn how to engage students independently with AI tutoring features, developing self-directed learning skills as they explore concepts, receive immediate feedback, and pursue personalized learning pathways. The platform's assessment capabilities enable efficient evaluation of both handwritten and digital work, supporting mastery-based grading and providing timely, constructive feedback to guide student progress.

PLEASE NOTE: The registration fee for this course is $10.00. Once the course has been completed and verified by the instructor, you must pay the clock-hour fee of $3.00 per clock hour. Claiming three clock hours plus a $5.00 administration fee is $29.00 total. Clock hours from this training can take approximately two weeks

Teachers will learn how to facilitate meaningful classroom discussions that integrate AI-enhanced learning resources while maintaining their essential role as instructional leaders and mentors.
