Supporting System Implementation with AI: From Data Analysis to Instructional Success
This session is designed to be hands-on and support school and district administrators to lead system-wide instructional success. Participants will learn to leverage artificial intelligence (AI)  for data-driven, evidence-based system improvement strategies that enhance your school's instructional improvement and student success.

What you will learn:
Data Analysis: Utilize AI-powered tools to analyze student and instructional data, enrollment forecasting, identify implementation gaps, and develop systematic improvement strategies that align with research-based multi-tiered support system practices.

  1. Evidence-Based Intervention Design: Master the process of identifying and implementing research-based, data-informed intervention strategies that respond to your school's unique needs and challenges while monitoring their effectiveness.
  2. Context-Aware AI Functions: Learn how to identify organization's foundational documents to contextualize AI's responses to your organizational users. 
  3. Instructional Leadership Enhancement: Develop advanced strategies for understanding instructional effectiveness, conduct teacher evaluation and feedback, and provide actionable feedback to teachers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement via PLC through data-informed leadership practices.

PLEASE NOTE: The registration fee for this course is $10.00. Once the course has been completed and verified by the instructor, you must pay the clock-hour fee of $3.00 per clock hour. Claiming two clock hours plus a $5.00 administration fee is $21.00 total. Clock hours from this training can take approximately two weeks

    This initial session establishes participants' understanding of Colleague AI's educational framework and core teacher-facing functionalities. The session covers topics such as prompting skills, ethical uses of AI, lesson plan generation, creating interactive games and presentations, assessment, standards-based rubric generation, podcasts, slides, and other AI-assisted content creation. This session includes concrete use cases and hands-on components to allow educators to immediately apply these tools in their daily teaching practice.
