This course equips educators with the knowledge and skills to set up and manage Google Classroom, configure class settings, and design meaningful assignments without relying on the Stream. Participants will learn how to create, organise and differentiate assignments, integrate rubrics, attachments and due dates, and manage communication and grading options to foster equity and digital citizenship. The course also introduces Gemini AI and NotebookLM, showing how these tools can assist educators in outlining lessons, generating quizzes and rubrics, and developing interactive study guides, mind maps and audio/video overviews aligned with class resources.

Participants will schedule an instructional session with the instructor at a mutually agreed-upon date and time. The remainder of the course will be delivered asynchronously for a total of 3.5 clock hours.
