This course explores the transformative role of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the K-12 instructional environment using Canva for Education’s Magic Studio. Participants will learn to streamline the labor-intensive aspects of teaching—such as lesson planning, resource creation, and content adaptation—to reclaim time for direct student engagement. The curriculum focuses on "Magic Write" for structured lesson ideation, "Magic Media" for generating inclusive and diverse visual aids, and "Magic Switch" for instantly translating and resizing materials to meet the needs of Multi-Language Learners (MLL) and students with diverse learning requirements. By the end of this session, educators will be equipped to integrate AI ethically and effectively, fostering a future-ready classroom environment.
