This yearlong professional learning series will focus on Functions of Behavior, Trauma Informed Practices, Restorative Practices, and understanding school discipline to find equitable and effective Tier 2 Strategies for Behavior Prevention and Intervention. The PBIS will be drafting a guide for educators to use to strengthen classroom management and grow behavior intervention strategies in learning environments to meet the needs of students and grow student engagement.
