This two-session online training on Answering Students’ Questions focuses on use of the FLASH Values Question Protocol (VQP). 

Day 1: 

• Self-paced Module 3: Teaching Sexuality and Answering Questions (Answering Questions)
• Self-paced Module 4: Teaching Sexuality and Answering Questions (Using the FLASH Values Question Protocol)
• Prepare for virtual instructor led Answering Questions practice and coaching session

Day 2:

• Introduction to Values and Boundaries when delivering sex education
• Review of types of student questions & answering strategies
• Review of universal vs. non-universal values
• Review of the FLASH Values Question Protocol
• Giving and Receiving Feedback
• Answering challenging questions application, practice and coaching

Participants must complete self-paced modules to attend day 2 of training. Clock hours will be provided only after full participation on both days.
