Description
The Signs of Suicide program has adapted it's approach and materials to distance and hybrid learning environments. This training will review those changes and also revisit suicide prevention/intervention and response basics to assist you in developing new practices and protocols for distance and hybrid learning.
This course is designed for schools who have previous experience with Signs of Suicide implementation.
Meets requirement for RCW 28A.410.226
Event Notes
Learn how to adapt hybrid and distance learning in identifying signs and symptoms of depression and suicide in youth, how to respond effectively using revised practices and protocols, and how to engage parents as partners in prevention in a remote environment.
Reminder: This course is designed for schools who have previous experience with Signs of Suicide implementation.
Course will be presented in three hourly Zoom meetings, from 1:30 - 2:30 pm, as follows:
