Participants will be introduced to the CEL5D+ Instructional Framework and provided an overview of the dimensions along with the cycle of inquiry. This four-day training provides the foundational knowledge for the instructional framework and sets the stage for administrators to begin working with their teaching staff. This workshop is offered at no cost.

For fall 2020, each day of training includes approximately 3-hours of independent reading and reflection and a 3-hour live/virtual session, 8:30 – 11:30.  The live sessions will include discussion and various learning engagement strategies about the 5 dimensions and 13 sub-dimensions of Teaching and Learning. The intended audience is principals, assistant principals, and central office staff who evaluate teachers under the TPEP evaluation system and are new to the framework as an evaluator.
