Using the Danielson Framework, participants will increase their ability to support effective teaching using the state criteria, comparing their evaluation scoring with others for inter-rater reliability.

This is a cohort group.  Registering for this class automatically places you in the 2 full days of Danielson Stage 1:

Wednesday, September 8th, 2021 - Day 1

Thursday, September 9th, 2021- Day 2

*There will be about 2 hours of independent work (readings and videos) for each training day.  Some of this work will be done in advance to prepare for each day’s session, and some assigned during the mid-day break.  All reading and handouts will be sent prior to the start time of the session via email.  Each day will follow this schedule:  Synchronous online work from 8:00-10:00 am; asynchronous work and lunch from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm; Synchronous online work from 1:00-3:00 pm for a total of 6 hours per day.
