In this community of practice for culturally responsive and sustaining pedagogies (CRSP) in transition programming, participants will engage in a four-part series focused on practical hands-on strategies and guided reflection on current practices for equitably serving transition age students from diverse communities. This series will be facilitated by Dr. Edwin Achola, a leading scholar and practitioner in the area of culturally responsive and sustaining transition planning and services. The series will provide participants with opportunities to explore principles of CRSP, quality ITPs, measurement tools, compliance, and resources required to further their application of Culturally Responsive & Sustaining Pedagogies in Transition (CRSPT). Through this series, participants will be provided with supportive opportunities to learn more about and use culturally responsive transition assessments, ITPs, and their results in practice. Sessions will include a combination of content, facilitated discussions, interactive activities, and sharing of resources and data. Following each session, participants will be asked to apply the learning from the session to their practice and reflect on their experience with application in the following session
