Designed specifically for staff in small/rural schools supporting students and the implementation of a comprehensive school counseling program (CSCP), this series of workshops will provide an opportunity for peer exchange, thought partnership, and resource sharing. We will discuss community assets and capacity, the unique contributions and needs of small/rural CSCPs and provide facilitated working time to document the written CSCP through a small/rural LEA lens.

  • Build a statewide community of support with CSCP staff serving students in small/rural settings

  • Strengthen and develop a written CSCP to plan for implementation fidelity in small LEAs

  • Highlight sustained support/connection and celebrate the unique contributions of small LEA CSCPs

  • Access resources, tools, and templates relevant to a CSCP
