Small/Rural CSCP Staff Community of Practice 

Designed specifically for Comprehensive School Counseling Program (CSCP) staff serving small school/rural communities, this series of workshops will provide an opportunity for peer exchange, thought partnership, and resource sharing. We will discuss community assets and capacity, the unique contributions and needs of small/rural CSCPs, and provide facilitated working time to document the written CSCP through a small LEA lens. Join this community of practice and walk away feeling supported and inspired to continue this important and impactful work for the benefit of students! Community of practice objectives:

• Build a statewide community of support with CSCP staff serving students in small/rural settings

• Strengthen and develop a written CSCP to plan for implementation fidelity in small LEAs

• Highlight sustained support/connection and celebrate the unique contributions of small LEA CSCPs

• Access resources, tools, and templates relevant to a CSCP
