  2. Develop and Apply Trauma-Informed Practices
    • Learn and implement trauma-informed approaches and communication strategies to create a safe and supportive healing-centered environment for youth, especially those with a history of ACEs.
  3. Use Movement and Play to Enhance Emotional Regulation and Mental Skills
    • Explore the benefits of movement, play, and positive social interactions in promoting self-regulation, resilience, and cognitive skills, and understand how to incorporate these into daily practices.
  4. Apply Practical Tools and Resources for Supporting Youth
    • Utilize provided workbooks with current data, research, and best practices, including restorative circle methods, warm-ups, and lesson plans, to support youth with empathy and effectiveness.
