Opportunity for face-to-face collaboration, learning (collective and individual), and continuous improvement as an entire statewide improvement network of Continuous Improvement Partners, ESD Leads, ESD coaching capacity (e.g., local ESD support or ESD contracted coaches), OSSI Liaisons, and OSPI partners.

Session Outcomes:
Session 1: Participants will collaboratively identify, sequence, and analyze SIP and L-CAP alignment using guided questions, templates, the L-CAP Implementation Guide, and structured collaboration time, to better support district alignment and targeted support for identified schools.
Session 2: Participants will practice implementing actionable coaching strategies using structured protocols with district- and school-level CNA data and the L-CAP Implementation Guide to help identify resource inequities, align district and school priorities, and support LEAs in developing a compliant and equity-focused L-CAP.
Session 3: Participants will identify evidence-based interventions aligned to L-CAP goals, distinguish between school- and district-level implementation and monitoring, and use data sources to track effectiveness and inform grant development, with attention to MLL, SWD, culturally responsive practices, and Tribal consultation.
