Description

This session is designed to help educators understand how executive functioning impacts a student's ability to manage emotions, plan, organize, manage time, and complete tasks needed to be successful in school. We will explore different areas of executive functioning, the typical ages and stages at which these skills emerge, and the impact of ADHD on these skills. Throughout the session, we will offer practical, universal strategies that can be integrated into classroom routines and activities to enhance executive functioning and facilitate independence. While these strategies may benefit students with executive functioning challenges, they benefit all students!

Please note:  This course is designed for in-person participation only.
