This training equips educators with the skills to review secondary transition plans thoroughly and effectively for both legal compliance and quality. Participants will learn to identify all required elements of a compliant transition plan and ensure alignment between transition assessments, measurable postsecondary goals, transition services, and annual IEP goals. Educators will learn to use the Secondary Transition IEP Review form for indicator B-13.
