This module is designed for educational leaders who are committed to fostering equitable and accessible learning environments. It focuses on three key pillars: creating equitable and culturally responsive instruction, evaluating teacher consistency using evidence-based protocols, and continuously assessing the health of Tier 1 instruction through ongoing data analysis.

Participants will explore how to design and implement instruction that is culturally responsive, accessible to all students, and aligned with universal design for learning (UDL) principles. A major focus will be on developing and utilizing tools such as the UDL Check-In and Growth Protocol to evaluate and support teacher performance. Additionally, the course will highlight strategies for continually assessing and refining Tier 1 instruction through multiple data points to ensure that all students are thriving.
