In this course, educational leaders and teachers will explore the inclusionary practices implemented across three school sites in Spokane, with a focus on collaborative teaching. Through a series of videos and recorded interviews, participants will hear directly from school leaders and educators about the strategies and processes they have used to foster collaborative teaching environments. This course will provide insights into how inclusionary practices have shaped the teaching and learning experience. Teachers will share their personal journeys, discussing positive impact these practices have had on their students, particularly those with IEPs and Multi-Lanugage Learners (MLLs). By engaging with the video content and interviews, participants will gain a deeper unkderstanding of how to implement and support inclusive, collaborative teaching practices that meet the diverse needs of all students.
