This training will highlight communication as a human right, explore the power of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and connect AAC use to the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL). 

Participants will: - Learn about verbal, nonverbal, and aided forms of communication while addressing common myths about AAC.

 - Discover how AAC aligns with UDL principles to enhance engagement, representation, and expression in classrooms.

 - Engage in hands-on exploration of Tobii Dynavox devices and software with guided activities and small-group practice. 

- Take away practical strategies and resources for embedding AAC into daily routines and instruction while supporting peers, staff, and families.
