Ready to adopt new science instructional materials? OSPI’s Science Curriculum Adoption Jumpstart is your launchpad for a successful, equity-centered adoption process.

Time: 3:45–5:00 PM
💡 What to Expect:
This free series offers 7.5 equity/leadership clock hours and is designed to support Local Education Agencies (LEAs), State-Tribal Education Compacts (STECs), and Charter Schools as they prepare for science curriculum adoption. Participants will explore:
Existing assets and readiness within your system
Resources and tools to guide adoption
Frameworks for implementation
Opportunities to connect with others embarking on similar processes
👥 Who Should Attend:
Send at least two team members who will be part of your adoption process:
One district/building-level decision-maker
One educator with recent science classroom experience
If adopting K–12 materials, aim for representation across grade bands.
