This year, five of the nine ESDs are hosting an IT/Ed Tech Procurement Showcase Roadshow, and ESD 105 will host the event in Yakima on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, from 12:00–4:00 p.m.

This is a free, come and go as you can event, designed to accommodate busy schedules. Lunch will be provided by the event sponsor (Advanced Classroom Technologies) beginning at 12:00 p.m. (please register using the link provided below to provide an accurate lunch count).

Event Highlights

• Opportunity to connect with multiple IT and Ed Tech vendors in one location

• Hands-on access to equipment and solutions on display

• Vendor-specific breakout sessions (titles and descriptions coming soon; will be available on the link below as they are finalized)

• Informal format focused on learning, exploration, and procurement conversations

This strategic, hands-on travelling roadshow at ESD 105 is one of several hosted at ESDs throughout Washington. The event is designed for IT professionals, Ed Tech Directors, district leaders, and decision-makers across public and private schools, higher education, physical education, athletics, and special education. (Please see below for more information including a flyer).

The goal of the IT/Ed Tech Procurement Showcase Roadshow is to bring together leaders involved in technology planning and procurement to explore innovative solutions and make informed decisions about future-ready learning environments.

• ACT provided lunch (on site) and an after hours “Happy Hour” (ACT will provide location details at the conclusion of the event)
