This professional development webinar provides participants with collaborative training on school improvement steps for the calendar year 2026, with a focus on practical application of data use. Over the course of 1.5 hours, on December 16, 2025, school and district staff will engage with the Continuous Improvement team to deepen their skills to guide their school improvement work. The session will emphasize how to apply processes to support school improvement planning, district support, monitor progress toward goals, prepare for grants and make instructional and programmatic adjustments. This training is designed to build participant capacity in supporting identified schools to sustain school improvement efforts.
