The January Payroll training will cover:

• Update SEBB Insurance deductions
• Update Tax tables for Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment, and PFML
• Review of the Online Form for W2 Opt Out of paper Forms for Employee Access
• Overtime payroll codes considerations.

At the end of the session you will have all of the information that you need to prepare January payroll and have access to guides to assist in the completion of the tasks.   You will also have the information needed to review the online form for employees to opt out of receiving a printed W2 Form.  All attendees will be able to evaluate their work by running the January payroll.

Reminder: All tax tables must be updated PRIOR to processing January payroll.
