Description
This workshop supports educators in designing intentional, ethical student use of AI tools within their classrooms. Grounded in Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and media and AI literacy, participants will explore ways to align these skills with content standards to create authentic, equitable learning experiences. Through hands-on experimentation with AI tools, collaboration, and reflection, educators will co-develop criteria for successful student AI use, design activities, and create a leadership plan to share their learning and support implementation back in their own schools and districts.
Intended Audience:
Educators who have completed an AI in Education beginner training
Teachers, instructional coaches, tech leads, or admin with intermediate/advanced AI skills
Those ready to design AI use cases, not just consume AI content
