Description
This session prepares school staff to respond appropriately to sexual assault allegations and concerning sexual behaviors while protecting the integrity of law enforcement investigations.
Participants will learn best practices for student support, reporting procedures, and staff responsibilities under Title IX.
The session includes an overview of Skagit County’s Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) and an introduction to the Sexual Incident Response System (SIRS) from Salem-Keizer Cascade, a comprehensive model for risk assessment and safety management.
