Skyward Qmlativ NY Scheduling with Request Processing workshop is designed for those responsible for preparing the master schedule and entering student course requests. Preparing the Master Schedule involves cloning some or all the Current Year, reviewing course offerings, and reviewing when courses are taught (periods, semesters, and/or teachers). We will also cover collecting requests from students and entering the requests through a variety of methods. Teacher entry of Course Recommendations will also be trained.

The following will be covered in the in-person session

  • Year End Clone
    • Can be done ahead of the training session. If not, please ensure you have the appropriate security access. 
  • Date Verification
  • Mass Enroll Students
    • Students must have enrollment records for the 2026-2027 school year in order to schedule them. This step will be covered, but district staff attending the workshop must have security to enroll the students to next year or this can be done before the workshop by other district staff.
