You have been selected to participate in the Spring Leadership Cadre. As a participant, you will examine how leadership choices—such as schedules, systems, and professional learning structures—can promote integrated, meaningful instruction without increasing teachers’ workload.

By the end of six weeks, administrators will:

1. Recognize authentic content integration vs. surface-level connection
2. Spot and reduce structural and mindset barriers to integration
3. Identify existing integration already happening at classroom and system levels
4. Utilize integration models to support instructional planning and professional learning
5. Align scheduling, pacing, and expectation to support sustainable integrated learning
6. Confidently support, coach, and communicate content integration with staff, students, and families
