During this session, we will work on the steps required to prepare data for Staff Planning in Skyward Qmlativ. This includes current year clean up to optimize position import into Staff Planning, selected HR Year End Roll processes needed to begin the Staff Planning process and discussions on future year data clean-up options. We will look at understanding forecasting processes, utility options, and management of the budget data. We will take the HR Budget through to the F-195 Salary Exhibit extract and discuss how to push the final HR Budget to the district budget version.
