Description

Join us via Zoom on March 10th, from 4:00 to 5:30 pm, to delve deeper into awareness and understanding of the revised Math and ELA standards.

In this interactive session, participants will explore what has changed, what remains familiar, and what these shifts mean for classroom instruction and student learning. Through guided activities and discussion, we will examine how the revised standards are organized and how they support coherence, reasoning, and sense-making across grades.

Participants will engage in a structured walk-through with attention to:

  • What is new and what remains familiar in content and expectations
  • Key organizational shifts, including the introduction of new domains
  • Connections to instruction
  • Implications for teaching and learning, with opportunities to reflect on current practice and next steps

While this session is primarily focused on K-5, educators and leaders across grade levels are welcome and will gain insight into the broader K-12 coherence and progression of the standards.
