Description
AIMS sessions serve as collaborative checkpoints in our continuous improvement cycle, connecting data, reflection, and action to strengthen coordination and impact of services. Each session focuses on a key layer of partnership, including internal/district, external/community, to build shared language, align efforts, and turn insights into concrete strategies that improve outcomes for migratory students and their families.
Objectives:
Use data to guide action – identify student and family needs, align supports, and adjust services accordingly.
Reflect and collaborate for impact – Share successes and challenges across multiple sectors to strengthen alignment, address barriers, and refine practices. To provide high-quality services for migratory students and families.
Plan forward – Translate insights from discussions into concrete next steps for upcoming PACs, convenings, and the implementation of service delivery plans.
