About This Series

AI tools are no longer on the horizon. They are already in our classrooms, our administrative workflows, and our students’ daily lives. This training series is designed to move beyond introductory awareness and help educators build practical, confident, and ethical fluency with AI in educational settings.

Over five one-hour Zoom sessions during Spring Break (April 6–10, 2026), participants will explore how AI can strengthen pedagogy, streamline administrative work, support diverse learners, and raise important questions about equity, academic integrity, and responsible use. Each live session is paired with an optional one-hour lab assignment you complete independently at your own pace.

Sessions include field insights, ready-to-use resources, and time for Q&A. Five clock hours are available for participants who complete the corresponding lab activities.

Course Structure

The "AI Ready: Professional Learning for Educators" series equips educators with current knowledge and practical skills to leverage AI to improve teaching methods, administrative efficiency, academic integrity, and inclusivity — aligned with the evolving needs of students, schools, and districts in 2026.

PLEASE NOTE: The registration fee for this course is $50.00. Once the course has been completed and verified by the instructor, you must pay the clock-hour fee of $3.00 per clock hour, and the administration fee. Claiming ten clock hours plus a $5.00 administration fee, and registration of $50.00 is $85.00 total. Clock hour verification from this training takes approximately two weeks.
