As an MBA Research & Curriculum member state, Local Education Agencies (LEAs) have an opportunity to utilize MBA Research resources, at no cost to their LEA. In this one-hour session, participants will learn how MBA Research resources support high-quality instruction across CTE programs. This session provides education leaders with an overview of and access to resources available through Washington’s partnership with MBA Research including the State’s Connection portal. Participants will gain insight into the scope of available instructional materials, with an emphasis on high-quality lesson plans in ethics, Career Technical Student Organization (CTSO) crosswalks that support 21st Century Skills and competitions, and how to leverage these resources to support teachers, strengthen programs, and improve classroom and CTSO outcomes. At the end of this workshop, attendees will be equipped with the knowledge to effectively review their LEA reports and ensure their CTE course offerings remain aligned with approval requirements.
