This online training encourages early learning educators, Preschool through 2^nd Grade, to use descriptive and positive feedback to support children's understanding of behavior expectations. Educators will learn about how to communicate expectations, including limits, in a variety of ways, and ways to go beyond "good job" feedback to keep children on track.
